At Nass, we want to ensure your athletic gear supports your peak performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate a Request
Log in to your Nass account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.
Ship Your Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
